You already have an ADHD diagnosis and you are on treatment, and you need a doctor in the UK to carry it on.
Students arriving in the UK from abroad, with a diagnosis and treatment from home.
Students moving away from home in the UK, whose GP or specialist prescribes for them now.

How it works
Book your transfer consultation
Choose a time, in person at our Westfield London clinic or by video. The consultation is £120.
Send us your letter
Upload the letter from your current clinician before you are seen, so the doctor has read it.
See the doctor
A 15 minute consultation about your diagnosis, your treatment and your health. If everything checks out clinically, your doctor takes over your care and we dispense your medication ourselves: handed to you at Westfield, or posted to your door.
Ongoing reviews
A short review before each month's supply, in person or by video, and we dispense it for you each time. No second stop at a pharmacy.

Transfer consultation: £120, once.
Routine follow-up: £79, a 15 minute review before each month's supply, for patients registered with us.
Your medication, dispensed by us, is priced separately.
Nothing renews on its own and there is nothing to cancel.

A GP on the GMC GP Register with experience in adult ADHD, with a consultant psychiatrist overseeing the service.

Dr Hamid Rahmanian, MD FRCPsych
Consultant Psychiatrist, GMC 6117971, with a specialist interest in adult ADHD. He oversees our ADHD service and advises our doctors on complex cases.
How your treatment is decided
Your doctor decides the right treatment with you at the consultation, using their clinical judgement. We then dispense it ourselves, so your care and your medication come from one place. If you would rather take a prescription to another pharmacy, we can do that too.
If you later want your NHS GP to take over prescribing, we will support that, though it is up to your GP.
