What if my letter is old?

That is fine. What we need is evidence of your diagnosis. We go through everything that has happened with your care so far at the consultation.

What if I have run out?

Book your transfer consultation and bring your letters and ID. Anything you need is handed to you in clinic, or posted to your door.

My letter is not in English. Is that a problem?

No. We accept documents in any language.

Can I stay with you for the whole academic year?

Of course, as long (or as short) as you need us. Going home for the holidays? Tell us before you go, and we will plan your reviews and supply around the dates.

What happens between reviews?

If anything changes, such as side effects, sleep, appetite or how well it is working, just contact us. You don't need to hang on until your next review. We are here every day and always happy to help.

Can I be seen by video?

Yes. Everything can be either in person (if you feel like coming into one of the best shopping centres in Europe) or by video, if you're nowhere nearby.

How often we review you

While we find the right dose, usually your first 3 months, we review you every month, £79 each. Once you are settled, it is a £79 review every 3 months, and between reviews a short online check, read by a GP, before each month's medication. The check costs nothing.

It is there to keep you safe, and we make it easy to fit around your day.

What it costs

Nothing renews on its own and there is nothing to cancel. Anything else is priced individually, and you always see the cost before you pay. No discount codes and no pay-later schemes.
