Complaints Procedure

We take all feedback seriously and are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.

We want every client to have a positive experience at LoveMyLife. If something has gone wrong or you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please let us know. We treat every complaint as an opportunity to improve.

Please include as much detail as possible: your name, contact details, the date and nature of your concern, and what outcome you are hoping for.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days. We aim to provide a full written response within 20 working days. If we need more time to investigate, we will let you know and keep you updated on progress.

Complaints about GP clinic services will be investigated by the Registered Manager, Dr Seth Rankin. Complaints about pharmacy services will be investigated by the Superintendent Pharmacist, Sabina Yasmin Islam.

If we have not resolved your complaint to your satisfaction, you can escalate to the following independent bodies:
