Testosterone replacement therapy from our GPs, with consultant urology or endocrinology input where the clinical picture calls for it. Start with an assessment.
By doctors | One visit or ongoing | Consultant-supported
From assessment to treatment, with bloods confirming the diagnosis before anything is prescribed.
A 30-minute consultation, in person at Westfield or by video. We talk through your symptoms, your history, and any treatment you have had before.
Testosterone is only started once bloods confirm the diagnosis. A new start needs two morning tests plus a safety panel. Recent NHS results can count.
If TRT is right for you, we prescribe, dispense and deliver to your door, then review you regularly and adjust the dose as your bloods and symptoms change.
However you get your treatment, the medication costs the same. The only choice is how you pay for your care.
Come once. Pay per visit, no commitment. Have your assessment, get your medication, come back for a review whenever you want.
Stay with us. A monthly fee covers reviews, dose changes and messaging. Medication billed separately, same price. Pause or cancel any time, no lock-in.
If you stay with us, your monthly fee covers the clinical care around your treatment. The medication is billed separately, at the same price whichever route you choose.
An initial assessment with a registered GP, then a clinical review every month, tracking your bloods and symptoms.
Message the clinical team between reviews to ask a question or flag a symptom.
Tuning as your bloods and symptoms respond. Dose changes are part of the subscription.
Already on testosterone from another clinic, the NHS, or an online provider? Move your care to us. Just tell us what you are taking and we will take it from there. No obligation to switch to a subscription.
Testosterone naturally declines with age, and for some men that decline causes real symptoms. Call it andropause or the male menopause; either way the symptoms are real and treatable. We can usually prescribe if you are an adult man with persistent symptoms (fatigue, low mood, reduced libido, erectile difficulties, loss of muscle, poor concentration) and a morning testosterone confirmed low on at least two readings.
If your testosterone is normal, or your symptoms have a non-hormonal cause, TRT is not appropriate and we will not prescribe it. We will tell you honestly at the assessment and talk you through what would help instead.
Most side effects are manageable: acne, some fluid retention, and a rise in red blood cell count, which is part of why we check your bloods.
TRT also lowers your own testosterone and sperm production while you are on it, so it is not the right choice if you are trying to conceive. We will talk this through.
We will not start TRT in active prostate or breast cancer or untreated severe sleep apnoea. The assessment and your bloods, including PSA, check for what matters. If anything troubles you between reviews, message the clinical team.
Blood tests come first, then continue on a monitoring schedule. A new start needs two morning testosterone readings to confirm the diagnosis, and we keep an eye on your testosterone, PSA, haematocrit, lipids and liver function so treatment stays safe.
You choose how: a finger-prick kit at home, a phlebotomy appointment or home visit, or here at our Westfield clinic.
Priced separately, like the medication. Recent results from your NHS GP or another provider can count.
Seven options, from daily gels and injections to fertility-sparing alternatives. The doctor recommends the right one for you at your assessment.

A clear gel applied to the shoulders or upper arms each morning. Steady level, easy to start and stop, fast to titrate.
About this medicine
Similar profile to Testogel, dispensed by pump.
About this medicine
A short-acting injectable preparation. Convenient, but level swings between doses can produce more noticeable peaks and troughs than gel.
About this medicine
The most convenient long-term, with very stable levels once steady-state is reached. Administered at the clinic.
About this medicine
Mimics the body's own signal to the testes. Used off-label to keep your own testosterone and fertility going, alongside or instead of replacement.
About this medicine
A tablet that lifts your own testosterone while preserving fertility. Used off-label, an alternative to replacement for some men.
About this medicine
A tablet that keeps oestrogen in check while you are on testosterone. Used off-label, when your blood tests show it is needed.
About this medicinePriced in three parts: your care, your medication, and the blood tests that keep it safe. You only pay for the route you choose, and the medication costs the same either way.
Full assessment, £180: a 30 minute consultation in person at Westfield or by video, where a doctor reviews your symptoms and your blood tests, confirms the diagnosis, and starts treatment if it is right for you.
Ongoing care, £49 a month: reviews, monitoring and dose changes for as long as it suits you. Pause or cancel any time, no lock-in.
Or come back as you need to, £120 a visit: a 15 minute follow-up, with everything the doctor produces included.
Already on testosterone elsewhere? Move your care to us with an online review from £49, where a doctor checks your history and recent results and continues your treatment where it is right. A new start is different: because testosterone must be diagnosed properly, your first prescription always follows a consultation and two confirming blood tests.
Your medication is priced separately and dispensed by us:
Testosterone gel, from £64.99 a month: a daily gel, easy to start and stop.
Sustanon injection, from £32.99: a long established, economical short-acting injection.
Nebido injection, £169.99: a long-acting injection given at the clinic every 10 to 14 weeks.
Blood tests, from £99: a new start needs two, an initial check and a confirming one, then a monitoring schedule afterwards. You can use recent NHS or other results where you have them.
In person: no deposit. You pay after we have seen you. Video and phone: paid at booking, so your appointment is held for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, see our cancellation policy.
If you prefer, your reviews and consultations can be in person at our Westfield London clinic. It is a full GP clinic too: consultations, health checks, blood tests and travel health, whenever you need them.

Everything we have written about testosterone.
Start with a few questions about your symptoms and history. It takes about 10 minutes and costs nothing. If TRT could be right for you, we will arrange your assessment and bloods.
Pop in during a shopping trip. Nip out in your lunch break. We're open Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm and Sunday 12-5pm.
