What's covered
Your £120 covers a 15-minute doctor consultation, sample collection (in-clinic or self-sampling kit), doctor results review, partner-notification advice, and re-testing where clinically required. Lab fees and treatment medication priced separately.
Doctor consultation
15 minutes with a doctor on the GMC GP Register. In person, by video, or by phone.
Sample collection
Urine, swab, or blood at Westfield, or a self-sampling kit sent to your home for postal sampling where appropriate.
Doctor results review
Every result reviewed by a doctor and discussed with you. Calls within hours for any urgent finding.
Partner-notification advice
Practical advice on what to tell whom, and how, where it matters. Written guidance you can take with you.
Re-testing
On the schedule the protocol calls for, where clinically required.
Treatment medication
Where an infection is identified, medication is a separate prescription charge dispensed by our pharmacy at our standard pricing.

Standard STI panel
Most patients start here. Covers the four most common screened infections.
Chlamydia (urine for men, urine or swab for women)

HPV testing is offered as a standalone service. Cervical screening (smears) is not offered at launch as we do not yet have female doctors in our clinical team.
Site-specific testing
Where exposure has involved oral or anal contact, throat and rectal swabs are added for gonorrhoea and chlamydia, which are otherwise missed by urine-only sampling.
