Complete your assessment
A 10-minute online consultation form covers your symptoms, medical history, and any HRT you've tried before. The form uses the Greene Climacteric Scale, the validated questionnaire used in menopause clinics worldwide, so we have a numerical baseline to track against.
We review and prescribe
A doctor on the GMC GP Register reviews your assessment within one working day. If HRT is right for you, we prescribe and dispense from our own clinic.
Treatment delivered
Your medication arrives in plain packaging. We check in monthly to review symptoms, fine-tune the dose, and answer questions.

Every plan includes the clinical service. Medications are charged separately, so what you pay reflects what you're actually prescribed.

Is this right for you?
HRT is a clinical treatment for the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. We can usually prescribe if you're an adult experiencing symptoms like hot flushes, night sweats, disturbed sleep, mood changes, brain fog, joint pain, vaginal dryness, or low libido, whether or not your periods have stopped.
HRT is not appropriate in some situations, including pregnancy, an active oestrogen-receptor-positive breast cancer, certain liver conditions, untreated thromboembolic disease, and undiagnosed vaginal bleeding. The assessment will identify these. If HRT isn't right for you, we'll tell you so honestly during the assessment, and we'll talk you through what is.
The treatments
Four UK-licensed components of body-identical HRT. The doctor recommends the right combination for you at the assessment.
Estradiol (gel, patch, or spray)
Body-identical, applied through the skin, with no first-pass through the liver. Choose the format that fits your routine. From [£15] a month.
Micronised progesterone (Utrogestan)
Given when you have a uterus to protect the womb lining. Body-identical, taken at night, often helpful for sleep. From [£10] a month.
Vaginal oestrogen (Vagifem, Estriol)
A low-dose local treatment for vaginal dryness, soreness, and urinary symptoms. Used alongside or instead of systemic HRT. From [£10] a month.
Testosterone for women
A small dose of testosterone, prescribed off-label per British Menopause Society guidance where low libido persists despite optimal oestrogen replacement. From [£25] a month.

There is no separate consultation fee, no hidden charges, and no commitment beyond the current month. If your prescribed dose changes, the medication price adjusts up or down with it. Bloods, where clinically needed, are [£49] or included in your nearest blood test package.
