Menopause care from our GPs. Body-identical HRT, prescribed and dispensed in one place. Start online, or come and see us.
By doctors | One visit or ongoing | No lock-in
Three steps, online or in person.
A short online assessment covers your symptoms, history and any HRT you have tried. Or book to see a doctor in person.
A GP with specific menopause experience reviews it. If HRT is right for you, we prescribe it, then dispense and deliver it to you.
Your medication is given to you at the consultation or sent to your door. We review how you are getting on, adjust your dose and answer questions, for as long as you want us alongside.
However you get your treatment, the medication costs the same. The only choice is how you pay for your care.
Come once. Pay per visit, no commitment. Have your assessment, get your prescription, and come back for a review or a dose change whenever you want one.
Stay with us. A flat monthly fee covers your doctor consultations, as often as you and your doctor feel you need them, plus dose changes, messaging and repeat prescriptions, so you are not paying visit by visit. The medication is billed separately, at the same price. Pause or cancel any time. No lock-in.
Most women lean on us most in the first year, while we get the regimen right. After that it settles into an annual review, repeat supply, and us on hand when something shifts, so you are never re-explaining your history to a new doctor. Plenty of women get settled with us and then simply take their repeats. That is completely fine.
If you stay with us, your monthly fee covers your doctor consultations, in clinic, by video or by phone, as often as you and your doctor feel you need them, plus messaging, dose changes and repeat prescriptions. The medication is billed separately, at the same price whichever route you choose.
Doctor consultations in clinic, by video or by phone, as often as you and your doctor feel you need them. More while we settle your treatment, fewer once you are stable.
Your full history stays with us, so when something shifts you are not starting from scratch. Any of our doctors picks up exactly where the last one left off.
Repeat supply is handled for you, and you can message the clinical team between reviews to ask a question or flag a symptom.
If you are on this medication from another clinic, an NHS service, or an online provider, and you want to move your care to us, you are very welcome. Just tell us what you are taking and we will take it from there. No obligation to switch onto a subscription.
HRT is a clinical treatment for the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. We can usually prescribe if you're an adult experiencing symptoms like hot flushes, night sweats, disturbed sleep, mood changes, brain fog, joint pain, vaginal dryness, or low libido, whether or not your periods have stopped.
HRT is not appropriate in some situations, including pregnancy, an active oestrogen-receptor-positive breast cancer, certain liver conditions, untreated thromboembolic disease, and undiagnosed vaginal bleeding. The assessment will identify these. If HRT isn't right for you, we'll tell you so honestly during the assessment, and we'll talk you through what is.
Most side effects settle in the first few weeks, usually breast tenderness, mild bloating, or shifts in mood as your body adjusts.
Body-identical HRT carries only a small change in breast cancer risk, and the clot risk that worried people in the past relates mainly to older oral forms rather than the patches and gels we usually use.
We will not prescribe in pregnancy, in an active hormone-sensitive cancer, in active liver disease, or where there is unexplained vaginal bleeding until it has been looked into, and the assessment checks for these. If anything troubles you between reviews, you can message the clinical team.
For typical menopausal symptoms, a blood test is often unnecessary because the diagnosis is clinical. We do recommend baseline bloods if you are under 45, if your symptoms are atypical, or before starting testosterone for women, and to confirm early menopause or premature ovarian insufficiency.
You choose how: a finger-prick kit at home, a phlebotomy appointment near you or a home visit, or here at our Westfield clinic.
Blood tests are priced separately, the same as the medication. If you have recent results from your NHS GP or another provider, we can use those.
UK-licensed HRT, body-identical by default, in the form that suits you. The doctor recommends the right combination for you at your assessment.

Body-identical, applied through the skin, with no first-pass through the liver. Choose the format that fits your routine.

Given when you have a uterus to protect the womb lining. Body-identical, taken at night, often helpful for sleep.

A single patch or tablet that combines the oestrogen and the womb-protecting progestogen, for a simpler routine. We use body-identical hormones by default, and a combined product where it suits you.

A progestogen-releasing coil that protects the womb lining as part of HRT and gives contraception too, an alternative to taking progesterone by mouth. Fitted at the clinic by appointment.

A low-dose local treatment for vaginal dryness, soreness, and urinary symptoms. Used alongside or instead of systemic HRT.

A small dose of testosterone, prescribed off-label per British Menopause Society guidance where low libido persists despite optimal oestrogen replacement.
HRT is not the only option, and sometimes it is not the right one. Where oestrogen does not suit you, where you would rather not take it, or where it is not enough on its own, we can prescribe the newer treatments below. Each needs a proper assessment, and some need ongoing monitoring, which is the part a form on its own cannot do.

A non-hormonal tablet for hot flushes and night sweats, for when HRT is unsuitable or you would rather not take it. It needs a liver blood test before and during treatment.

A newer non-hormonal tablet that eases hot flushes and night sweats and also helps with sleep. Available privately.

Medicines that, at the right dose, ease hot flushes and night sweats and lift low mood. A useful option when HRT is not suitable or not wanted.

Medicines that can reduce hot flushes and night sweats and help with joint and muscle aches, where HRT is not suitable or not enough.

A vaginal treatment for dryness and discomfort when standard vaginal oestrogen has not been enough.

A daily tablet for vaginal dryness and discomfort, for women who would rather not use a vaginal treatment.
However you see us, your medication costs the same, billed separately and delivered to your door. The only choice is how you pay for your care.
Online, no appointment: £39 to start, then £19 for each repeat review. A doctor reviews your assessment, checks a recent blood pressure reading and your ID, prescribes, and we deliver.
See a doctor, one-off: £120 for a 15-minute consultation in person, by video or by phone. Your prescription, any letter and any dose change are included. Come back whenever you need to.
Stay with us: £79 a month for your care: your doctor consultations, in clinic, by video or by phone, are included as often as you and your doctor feel you need them, along with dose changes, messaging and repeat prescriptions. The medication is billed separately. Pause or cancel any time. No lock-in.
Medication is billed separately at the same price whichever route you choose: from £15.99 a month for most HRT, from £19.99 for Oestrogel. Testosterone for women and the newer treatments are confirmed at your assessment. Blood tests, where they are needed, are billed separately from £49.
In person: no deposit, you pay after we have seen you. Video and phone: paid at booking, so your appointment is held for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, see our cancellation policy.
If you prefer, your reviews and consultations can be in person at our Westfield London clinic. It is a full GP clinic too: consultations, health checks, blood tests and travel health, whenever you need them.
