Opening early July 2026 at Westfield London. Health Checks available from early July. Register your interest now to be first to book.
Three structured packages: Heart Check (£150), Advanced (£400), and Complete (£1,000). Bloods, doctor consultation, and (in larger packages) imaging, built around your individual cardiovascular, metabolic, and lifestyle profile. Pay after, not before.
Heart Check | Advanced | Complete
Each package combines bloods, a doctor consultation, a written report, and (in Advanced and Complete) body composition and imaging.

Cardiovascular bloods (lipids, ApoB, Lp(a), HbA1c, glucose, U&E, LFT, hs-CRP). QRISK3 calculation. Resting ECG. Doctor-written report.
Explore: Heart Check - £150
Heart Check plus extended bloods (insulin, thyroid, homocysteine, ferritin, B12, folate, vitamin D), DEXA referral, wearable data review, integrated report.
Explore: Advanced - £400
Advanced plus DEXA included, CT coronary calcium score or CTCA referral, optional sex-hormone panel, year-ahead plan.
Explore: Complete - £1,000DEXA is the most accurate non-research way to measure body composition. Three numbers come out of it:
Visceral adipose tissue (visceral fat). The fat around your organs, distinct from the fat under your skin. Visceral fat drives metabolic and cardiovascular risk; DEXA measures it directly.
Lean mass (muscle). Tracked over time, this matters for GLP-1 patients (lean-mass preservation), older adults (frailty risk), and anyone training for a fitness goal.
Bone density. Particularly relevant to women approaching or in menopause and to men on long-term TRT.
Traditional risk calculators (QRISK3, Framingham) estimate 10-year risk based on standard inputs. They have meaningful blind spots at the individual level.
A CT coronary calcium score scans your coronary arteries directly and counts the calcium in them. A score of zero is reassuring; a moderate or high score reframes your risk. CTCA goes further and visualises the arteries, picking up non-calcified plaque that calcium scoring can miss.
Including CAC or CTCA in Complete means you get a direct picture of your coronary arteries, not an estimate.
A 45 to 60 minute scan that images your brain, spine, chest, abdomen, and pelvis in one session. No radiation. No contrast dye. No needles.
The case for it. Roughly one in twenty whole-body MRI scans finds something potentially life-changing. Pancreatic cancer, brain aneurysm, kidney tumour caught early.
The case against it. False positive rates are significant. Almost everyone over 40 has some degree of spinal degeneration that will show on MRI; not all findings are actionable.
Where we stand. If you understand the limitations and value the possibility of early detection, a whole-body MRI is a reasonable choice. Available as an add-on to any package or as a standalone scan via a £120 consultation.
