Can I really do a health check without coming in?

Yes. For most checks you answer the questionnaire, we arrange your bloods at home or at a partner near you, and a doctor writes your report. You only need to come to Westfield if you want a physical examination.

Is there still a doctor involved if it is online?

Always. A doctor reviews every result and writes your report, even on the online route. No appointment is not the same as no doctor.

When would I need to come in?

Only for a physical examination, for example the Detailed general check. Bloods are arranged remotely and scans are done at our imaging partners, so neither needs a visit to us.

How are the bloods done if I am online?

Either a home test kit posted to you, or a phlebotomy appointment at a partner near you. You choose whichever suits.

Do I have to have a consultation first?

No. The questionnaire is the front door. A 15-minute doctor consultation at £120 is there if you are not sure what you need, and the fee comes off your check.

Can I just order a scan?

Yes. The Scans and Imaging page lets you order a DEXA, CT, MRI, mammogram or ultrasound directly, performed at a partner with a doctor authorising and reporting it.

Can I share my results with my NHS GP?

Yes. The report is yours. Forward the email or hand a printed copy to your NHS GP.
