A general once-over with a registered GP, at two depths. Basic is the core check, the same ground as the NHS over-40 check, and can be done entirely online with the bloods arranged at home or nearby. Detailed adds a full physical examination at Westfield. A doctor reviews your results and writes your report either way.
Health | Care | Convenience
People book this for one of these reasons.
So the trend is yours, not just a snapshot.
At 40, 50 or 60.
A funded check, done properly.
After a stretch of feeling off.
From a single-issue pathway back to the whole picture.
Both start with the same online questionnaire and both end with a doctor-written report. The difference is the depth, and whether you come in.
The core check. The NHS over-40 ground, done today: blood pressure and the key numbers from your questionnaire, a core blood panel (cholesterol and lipids, HbA1c, kidney function), your cardiovascular risk score, and PSA for men from 40. Bloods at home or at a partner near you, or drawn here if you prefer. A doctor reviews the results and writes your report. No appointment needed.
The deeper version, built around a physical examination. Everything in Basic, plus a wider blood panel (liver and thyroid, ApoB and Lp(a), ferritin and vitamins, inflammation), a resting ECG, grip strength, and a full examination with the doctor. Right if you are over 45, have more than one thing on your mind, or simply want to be examined.
What is included depends on the route. Online: the questionnaire, your bloods arranged at home or nearby, and a doctor-written report. In person at Westfield: all of that plus the examination, ECG and grip strength. A doctor reviews your results either way.
A registered GP, with time for your history, an examination, a walk-through of your results, and a written plan. The Basic check is online with a doctor-written report and no appointment; the Detailed check is 30 minutes in person with a GP.
Online, arranged at home or at a partner near you; in person, drawn at Westfield. Sized to your level, age and history, and read in context against the ranges that apply to you.
Vitals, heart and pulses, chest, abdomen, skin review of anything you point out, and lymph nodes. The Detailed check adds a resting ECG and grip strength. No routine intimate examinations, see the note below.
Built from your questionnaire: your 10-year heart-risk score, alcohol, smoking, sleep, weight, stress, mood where relevant, family history, vaccinations due, and which NHS screening programmes you are eligible for.
Your numbers in context: what is normal, what is borderline, what needs action, and the plan in steps you can take, with the year-on-year trend if you have used us before. The report is yours. Share it with your NHS GP if you want to.
Any intimate examination (breast, cervical or genital) should be done with a chaperone present and your choice of clinician respected. We are building the team to guarantee that at every appointment, and until we can, we do not include intimate examinations in the check rather than do them without proper support.
The NHS breast and cervical screening programmes cover this free, and we will tell you if you are due. If you want a mammogram outside that programme, we arrange one through our imaging partners. A prostate concern is covered by PSA in the blood and, where indicated, an mpMRI scan; see the Prostate Check.
The Detailed check: your consultation, examination, blood draw and written plan, all on-site at our Westfield clinic in a single appointment. The Basic check is online, with your bloods arranged at home or nearby.

Scans are not bundled in. They are opt-in here, at a bundled price that beats booking them on their own. We do the history, examination and bloods in clinic; scans are arranged with our imaging partners. The doctor tells you straight what is worth doing for you.
The report and the next step depend on what we find.

structured follow-up plan, often a repeat at three to six months. No drama.
straight into the relevant pathway. Heart, Hormone, Cancer Tests, menopause, testosterone, weight loss. The Annual Health Check is the front door, and the door opens onto the rest of the clinic.
we refer fast. NHS two-week-wait where applicable, private specialist if you prefer.
No deposit. The online Basic check is the bloods plus a doctor-written report; the in-person Detailed check adds the doctor's time and examination. Any scans are quoted up front. Firm prices are on the Pricing page.
What this check can and cannot tell you.
No routine intimate examinations at the moment, see above.
This is not a cancer screen. There is a clinical examination and PSA for men, but if cancer is your focus the Cancer Tests page is the right one.
This is not a cardiovascular deep-dive. The heart review is solid, but if a calcium score, CTCA, echo or stress test is the question, the Heart Health Check goes further.
This is not a hormone deep-dive. If menopause, low testosterone or thyroid is the question, the Hormone Health Check is built around it.
A yearly baseline, online or in person. No deposit to book. Video and phone consultations are paid at booking.
Pop in during a shopping trip. Nip out in your lunch break. We're open Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm and Sunday 12-5pm.
