Cancer Tests.

A few things to say before the menu.

• This is not a "cancer screen" sold as a product. No single test or package screens for "all cancer". What we offer is access to the individual tests, scans and genetic panels that are genuinely useful when applied to the right person for the right reason.

• The NHS screens for free where the evidence supports it. Cervical, breast, bowel and the targeted lung pilot are all funded for eligible age bands. We will tell you whether you are eligible, when you are due, and whether what we can offer adds something for you. Often the NHS pathway is the right one.

• A short doctor visit is the front door. Fifteen minutes with a registered GP, in person, by video or by phone. We will go through what is on your mind, what you have already had, and which test or tests would actually answer your question. Most imaging requires a referring doctor anyway, so this step is the proper way to start.

• The report is yours. Share it with your NHS GP if you want to.

• Book the short doctor visit. 15 minutes. No deposit. You pay after.

• Pick what to do. The doctor will say what they would do in your position and why. Nothing is pushed. You can change your mind.

• Test goes ahead. Bloods are taken on-site at Westfield. Imaging is booked with our imaging partner. Genetic panels are sent off via our partner laboratory.

• Results and a written report. Once everything is back, you get a plain-English report.

If something is found that needs investigation, we refer fast. NHS two-week-wait pathway (via your NHS GP) where applicable, private specialist referral if you prefer.

If everything is clear, the report tells you whether and when to repeat.

Honest about the edges.

• No DRE. Not a useful screening test in 2026.

• No formal dermoscopic mole mapping until the GPwSI pathway is in place.

• No Galleri or similar MCED testing. Field evolving; not currently a service.

• No clinical genetics service. We arrange testing via an accredited partner; deeper genetic counselling is via NHS clinical genetics or a private clinical geneticist.

• No symptomatic-investigation pathway disguised as screening. If you have a symptom that worries you, a Clinic GP consultation is the right front door, not this page.

No deposit to book the doctor visit. You pay after. Test and scan fees are quoted at the consultation. The doctor visit is short and the fee reflects that. Full fee structure on the Pricing page (currently [£TBC]; firm prices land in early-to-mid June).
