Our wider clinical team are doctors on the GMC GP Register working under our shared clinical protocols. The named clinician for any consultation is recorded on every prescription, letter, report, and form we issue, and visible in your medical record.
We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly.
Provide your name, the date and nature of any consultation involved, and what you would like to happen. We acknowledge complaints within 3 working days.
Our medical director investigates and responds in writing within 21 working days. If we need more time, we tell you why.
If the response does not resolve the complaint, you can escalate to our Responsible Officer for medical concerns, our Superintendent Pharmacist for pharmacy concerns, or to our independent complaints review.
If you remain dissatisfied, you can take the complaint to the GMC, GPhC, CQC, or PHSO depending on the nature of the issue.
We hold patient records on a secure system that meets UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 standards.
Your rights under UK GDPR include access to your records, correction of inaccurate records, and (in defined circumstances) erasure or portability of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject "Data Subject Access Request" or "Data Subject Request". We respond within one calendar month.
Sharing: we share your record with you. We share with other parties (your NHS GP, a specialist, an insurer, an employer, a licensing authority) only with your explicit consent or where we are legally required to. We do not sell or share patient data with third parties for marketing purposes.

BMS (British Menopause Society) for HRT
NaTHNaC for travel health
UKMEC for contraception
NICE TA for GLP-1 medication
Specialty society guidance for other pathways
Adverse events are reported to MHRA where reportable, recorded internally, and reviewed at our clinical governance meetings.
