What's covered
Single consultation: a 15-minute consultation, IIEF-5, cardiovascular and nitrate screening, prescription dispensed, medical record. Subscription: ongoing supply with monthly review.
Doctor consultation
£120 for 15 minutes with a doctor on the GMC GP Register. In person, by video, or by phone.
IIEF-5 questionnaire
Validated severity baseline so we can track response over time.
Cardiovascular screening
Essential for safety. ED can be the first sign of vascular disease; the assessment screens for this.
Nitrate-contraindication screen
Combining ED medication with nitrates is dangerous. The assessment identifies this.
Prescription dispensed by our pharmacy
Same day for in-person consultations; on the day for video or phone.
Subscription option

The treatments
Four UK-licensed options. The doctor recommends the right one at the consultation.
Sildenafil (Viagra)
50mg or 100mg taken about an hour before sex, lasting 4 to 5 hours. Cheapest, well-established.
Tadalafil on demand (Cialis)
10mg or 20mg taken before sex, lasting up to 36 hours. Longer window than sildenafil.
Tadalafil daily (Cialis daily)
2.5mg or 5mg taken every day, allowing spontaneity. Good for men who don't want to plan around the medication.
Avanafil (Spedra)
A newer alternative with faster onset (15-30 minutes) and similar duration to sildenafil. Useful where sildenafil hasn't worked.

Treatment medication is a prescription charge, separate from the consultation fee for one-off consultations. The subscription bundles the medication and monthly review. Pause or cancel any time.
