Begin online with a short form, no appointment needed: a doctor reviews it and you pay only for the medication. Or book a consultation in person, by video or by phone for £120.

We assess and prescribe

A registered GP reviews everything and screens for safety. If treatment is right for you, we dispense it in clinic or deliver it to your door.

Repeats and changes

Come back whenever you need a repeat or a change. Your medication is dispensed and delivered to your door.

What we go through at your consultation

At your consultation a doctor talks things through with you. It is a relaxed, everyday conversation, not an exam, and it covers three things:

  • How things are for you: a few straightforward questions about what you have been noticing, so we understand your starting point and can see how well treatment is working later on.

  • A quick check of your heart health: erection problems can be an early signal about your blood vessels, so we take a look. Usually it is reassuring, and now and then it helps us catch something early.

  • Keeping it safe with your other medicines: a couple of these treatments do not mix with heart medicines called nitrates, so we check what else you take before prescribing.

One thing to know up front: if you ever get an erection that will not go down after about 4 hours, treat it as an emergency and get urgent medical help. It is rare, but it matters.

If you are on this medication from another clinic, an NHS service, or an online provider, and you want to move your care to us, you are very welcome. Just tell us what you are taking and we will take it from there.

50mg or 100mg taken about an hour before sex, lasting 4 to 5 hours. Cheapest, well-established.

10mg or 20mg taken before sex, lasting up to 36 hours. Longer window than sildenafil.

Avanafil (Spedra)

A newer alternative with faster onset (15 to 30 minutes) and similar duration to sildenafil. Useful where sildenafil hasn't worked.

  • Consultation (15 min, in person, video, or phone): £120

  • What that covers: the consultation itself, and a prescription if treatment is right for you. A prescription is the doctor's go-ahead for treatment, not the medicine itself.

  • The medicine (sildenafil, tadalafil, tadalafil daily, avanafil): charged separately, dispensed and delivered by us with repeats when you need them. Sildenafil from £15, tadalafil on demand from £16.99, tadalafil daily from £19.99, avanafil from £24.99.
