Is the consultation fee really all-inclusive?

Yes. Your £120 consultation covers everything the doctor produces: the consultation, any prescription written, referral letters, fit notes, forms, and your medical record. Taking a blood sample in clinic is included too. The only extra costs are third-party charges, such as the laboratory analysis of a blood test, imaging, or vaccines, and the doctor confirms those with you before anything is sent.
