How it works

Three steps. No payment up front.

Book online and complete your pre-consultation form

Choose your time and consultation type (in person from early July, by secure video or phone now) and fill in the pre-consultation form. The form takes about 5 minutes and lets the doctor walk into your consultation already knowing the basics, so your 15 minutes is spent on what matters to you. No payment up front.

See your doctor

Your consultation is 15 minutes with a doctor on the GMC GP Register. By secure video or phone now; in person at Westfield from early July, your choice at booking. You can book right up to your appointment time.

Pay and pick up your outcome

After your consultation you settle the £120 fee. Any prescription is dispensed by our pharmacy and delivered to you on the day. Letters, reports, and forms follow within 24 hours.

What your £120 covers

Anything the doctor produces in your consultation. The only extras are third-party costs (lab tests, imaging, vaccines), confirmed at the consultation before anything is incurred.

15 minutes of doctor time

In person, by video, or by phone. Same fee. Same care.

Prescription

Any medication the consultation produces, dispensed by our on-site pharmacy.

Letter

To your employer, your insurer, your school, or your specialist. Drafted in the consultation, sent within 24 hours.

Three ways to consult

Same fee, your choice.

By video

A 15-minute consultation by secure video. Useful when you're at home, at work, or away. Any prescription is dispensed by our pharmacy and delivered to you, or sent to your usual pharmacy if you'd prefer.

By phone

A 15-minute consultation by phone. The same as a video consultation but without the camera. Many things don't need a visual examination, and a phone call is often the quickest to book.

In person at Westfield

From early July 2026. A 15-minute consultation in our clinic. Any prescription is dispensed from our on-site pharmacy and ready before you leave. Walk-ins accepted.

Honest pricing. Pay after, not before.

£120 for a 15-minute consultation, the same fee for in person, video, or phone. The fee covers everything the doctor produces during your consultation: prescription, letter, report, form, medical record entry. Third-party costs (lab tests, imaging, vaccines) are charged separately and always confirmed with you during the consultation before anything is incurred.

You don't pay until after your consultation. Book your slot, see your doctor, then settle the bill. We trust you to turn up; you trust us to deliver. So far, so good.

Beyond a single visit.

Some health concerns are best handled in a one-off consultation. Others benefit from ongoing supervision, where the same clinical team reviews you each month.
