A doctor when you need one.

Any reason you would see a private GP. Book a consultation and tell us what you need

In person, by video, or by phone

  • A doctor every time
  • Medication dispensed or delivered by us
  • Today, every day.

How it works

Three steps.

1

Book online

Choose your time and how you want to see the doctor. Take a few minutes to fill in your pre-consultation form, so your time is spent on what matters most.

2

See your doctor

A consultation with a registered GP. By video, by phone, or in person. Your choice at booking. Book right up to the last minute.

3

Leave with everything done

Medications given to you at consultation or delivered to your door. Letters and forms are usually written then and there for you to take away.

What's included in your consultation fee

The only things not included in the consultation fee are what we provide on top of the doctor's time: medication we give you, laboratory tests, X-rays, MRI, and the like. These are priced separately and confirmed before anything is incurred

Your time with the doctor

Your consultation. In person, by video, or by phone. Same fee. Anything the doctor produces for you in your consultation time is included, like letters, forms, prescriptions to take away.

Prescriptions

Writing you a prescription to take away is included. Medication we give you directly in clinic is priced separately and confirmed before anything is incurred.

Letters

To your employer, your insurer, your school, or your specialist. Drafted in the consultation; sent on the day.

Reports

For your specialist or solicitor. Drafted in the consultation given to you to take away wherever humanly possible.

Forms

Filled in where one is required for you to continue comfortable on your way.

How we can help

The common reasons people see us at the clinic. If your reason is not on this list, the last tile is for you.

Medicals and certificates

Driver, employment, fit-to-fly, fit-to-perform, school, care home, insurance, COP3, and more. We provide the medical, complete the forms required, and arrange any tests needed.

For destinations that need a doctor's sign-off: GCC, South Africa, China, Japan, Schengen, and more. Bring the country's form; we examine you, arrange any tests, and complete the paperwork to submit.

Health checks

Health checks for specific systems, or for general health. Each combines a consultation with blood tests, and where appropriate, imaging.

Blood tests

Come into the clinic for a consultation and have blood taken for any test you want, or order a home test kit online. Either way, a doctor explains what the results mean.

Three ways to consult

Same fee, your choice.

In person

A visit to our clinic, and often more convenient than it sounds. You leave with your medication, any letters in your pocket, your bloods taken. One and done.

By video

For when you are at home, work, or away, but still want to see the doctor. Medications can be delivered to your door, or emailed to your local pharmacy.

By phone

Sometimes the simplest option, for familiar problems or if an examination isn't needed. Medication delivered, or a prescription sent to your pharmacy.

Pricing

Our standard consultation is £120 for 15 minutes but we don't watch the clock unless someone else is waiting.

We strive to run on time, and usually do. But sometimes the person before you needs more than their fifteen minutes, and some things cannot wait for another day. We give them that time. If it is ever you, you'll get the same. People are not robots.

Longer consultations are available where you need more time:

  • 30 minutes £180,

  • 45 minutes £240,

  • 60 minutes £300.

This covers anything the doctor produces during your consultation: prescriptions, letters, reports, referrals, forms.

Medications dispensed while you're there, lab tests, imaging, and vaccines are extra. We always confirm the prices with you before going ahead.

No deposit required when you come to see us in clinic. You pay after we have seen you. We trust you to turn up.

Video and phone consultations are paid at booking, so your appointment is held for you.

In clinic, nothing is paid up front, so if you can't make it, just let us know and we'll offer the slot to someone else. Video and phone are paid at booking: cancel at least an hour before for a full refund, within the hour for half, nothing for a no-show. Life happens, though, so if something comes up, get in touch. We'd rather rebook you than fight over a refund. See our full cancellation policy.

Beyond a single visit.

Some health concerns benefit from ongoing care. We offer packages for Weight Loss, Menopause, Testosterone, ADHD, The Sinclair Method, and Sleep.

Each one is optional. Start with a one-off consultation and decide whether you want to stay.
