Three pathways, one team

LoveMyLife is built around three care pathways that share the same doctors, the same pharmacy, and the same Westfield London clinic.

Subscription pathway

For ongoing care of metabolic, hormonal, and behavioural conditions. Weight loss, menopause, testosterone replacement, the Sinclair Method, sleep, ADHD.

The Clinic pathway

For single visits at Westfield London or by video or phone. £120 covers everything the doctor produces. Pay after, not before.

Online pharmacy fulfilment

Sitting behind both. Every prescription a LoveMyLife doctor writes is dispensed by our GPhC-registered in-house pharmacy.

Subscription pathway

For conditions that benefit from ongoing supervision.

Online assessment

10 minutes, validated questionnaires built in (Greene Climacteric Scale, ADAM, ASRS-5, AUDIT, depending on the pathway). No payment up front.

Doctor review and prescribe

A doctor on the GMC GP Register reviews your assessment within one working day. If treatment is right for you, the doctor prescribes and our pharmacy dispenses.

Medication and monthly reviews

Medication delivered in plain packaging. Monthly check-ins to review symptoms, adjust the dose, and answer questions. Come into the clinic any time you'd rather talk in person. Pause or cancel any time.

The Clinic pathway

For everything that doesn't fit a subscription.

Book a 15-minute consultation

Choose in person at Westfield, by video, or by phone. Same fee. Complete a brief pre-consultation form so the doctor walks in informed.

See your doctor

£120 covers the consultation, any prescription dispensed by our pharmacy, any letter, report, or form, and your medical record entry. Third-party costs (lab tests, imaging, vaccines) confirmed during the consultation.

Pay at the end

Walk-ins accepted at Westfield during opening hours from early July, but booking is preferred so the doctor reads your pre-consultation form before you arrive.

Online pharmacy fulfilment

Our GPhC-registered in-house pharmacy fulfils every prescription our clinical team issues.

For subscription clients, medication ships in plain packaging at the start of each cycle, included in the subscription where regimens are uniform (Weight Loss, Testosterone) and as a transparent line item where regimens vary widely (Menopause).

For clinic clients, prescriptions are dispensed on the same day and (in person) handed to you before you leave.

The pharmacy team is led by Sabina Yasmin Islam, Superintendent Pharmacist (GPhC: 2085363).

Ongoing care, if it suits you

Most people come to us once. You get seen, you get a diagnosis and a prescription, and you take it from there. That is the whole journey for plenty of our patients, and it is meant to be.

Some things are simply easier with a doctor checking in now and then. If you are managing your weight, starting testosterone or HRT, settling onto ADHD medication, or working through The Sinclair Method, a regular review keeps the treatment working and safe as your body adjusts. If that suits you, we can look after it month to month: a doctor reviews how you are doing, adjusts your prescription when needed, and your medication arrives without you having to book each time.

There is no contract and no minimum term. You can stop whenever you like, and you are always free to move your care back to your NHS GP or anywhere else. We would rather earn next month by being useful this month than tie you in.

Starting is just a conversation at your consultation. Stopping is one message.
