Westfield clinic | In-house pharmacy | Ongoing care if it suits you
We are a doctor's service designed to fit around your life. Bring us whatever is on your mind and see a doctor about it however suits you that day: in person at our clinic in Westfield London, by video, by phone, or online.
That spans the everyday things a GP looks after, the medicals, health checks, travel health and certificates you might need, and the areas where it helps to have the same team alongside you over time, like weight, menopause, testosterone, sleep, ADHD and drinking less.
See a doctor once and pay for that visit, or stay with us for ongoing care. There is no lock-in, and a single visit is as welcome as a long one. A consultation is £120 and covers the doctor's time, advice and anything they produce in it.
Whatever your care needs, we arrange it around that consultation. Blood tests, by home kit, near you, or at the clinic. Scans and imaging through our partners. And medication the doctor can dispense during your consultation, deliver to your door, or write as a prescription you take to any pharmacy. Tests, scans and medication are charged separately, and only when we provide them.
LoveMyLife was founded by Dr Seth Rankin, and it grew out of a simple idea about what a doctor is for: that a patient should leave feeling better than when they arrived.
Often that has little to do with a prescription. A young man arrives with his first real dose of influenza, feeling worse than he ever has. Half of what he needs is to understand it: that it is a virus he picked up a few days ago, that it will lay him flat for a week and take a month to fully shake off, that it once killed millions before antibiotics existed, and that he will be fine, with a few clear signs to watch for. He leaves with a story he can tell for the rest of his life, and a comeback for the next time someone teases him about man flu. The reassurance, the explanation, the shared joke, the kind word: that is the medicine as much as anything on the pad.
So the first instinct Seth asks of every doctor at LoveMyLife is generosity. The first answer to a patient is “yes, of course we can help with that”, and the rest of the consultation is spent working out, together, what will genuinely help. A doctor has far more to offer than a script: time, reassurance, judgement built over decades, and the honesty to talk through what is realistic. The job is to let the patient draw from all of it what they need.
What gets in the way is rarely the medicine. It is the process. The booking systems, the hoops, the friction that leaves people feeling like an inconvenience rather than a person being cared for. Seth spent most of his working life watching good care held back by bad systems, and trying to fix it.
LoveMyLife is that work taken as far as he can take it. See a doctor however suits you, in person at Westfield, by video, by phone or online. Let technology handle the admin so the doctor’s time is spent on you, not on paperwork you could have done at home. Come once, or stay with us. The point is to clear everything out of the way between you and a doctor who has the time to make you feel better.
The test Seth sets is a personal one: that everyone is treated the way he would want his own family treated, with kindness, generosity, and some humility about the part a doctor plays in a person’s life. Get that right and you get two things at once. Patients who feel looked after, and doctors who get to do the part of the job that made them want to do it.
