How you can be seen
Three ways in. Most treatments can start online; a few begin with a doctor. You can move between them whenever you like, with nothing tying you in.

ADHD, starting testosterone, and sleep studies start with a consultation, and are shown on their own tables below. Your medication is always priced separately and costs the same however you are seen, and you can take any prescription to a pharmacy of your choice instead.
The Clinic (£120 flat fee)
One flat fee for a consultation, the same in person, by video or by phone. The price follows the time you need, not the reason for the visit.

The fee covers the doctor's time and everything the doctor does for you in that time: prescriptions to take away, notes and letters, reports and forms.
We supply medications directly so you don't have to take a prescription to a pharmacy and wait in line. The doctor will hand it to you in the room if you come to see us, or post it to your door after a video or phone consultation.
Medication is priced separately, and you are always free to take a prescription to any pharmacy instead.
Tests, imaging and vaccines are arranged with our partners, and the price is confirmed with you before anything goes ahead.

Every check includes the doctor's review and your written report.
The report is yours to keep and share with your NHS GP if you want to. Hormone testing is part of our menopause and testosterone care, so it lives there rather than as a separate check. Scans and imaging are never bundled into a check; they are listed below and added only if you want them.

These are private tests, and a doctor talks you through them first.
Multi-cancer blood testing is new and does not replace NHS screening; a doctor explains its limits before you choose it. Where the NHS already covers your concern, we will tell you.
What "third-party costs" means
Some tests, scans and vaccines involve a partner provider: a lab, an imaging centre, a vaccine or medication manufacturer. We use them for supplies, equipment and expertise we don't run on-site.
When one is involved, the price is confirmed and agreed with you at the consultation, before it goes ahead. Nothing is added to your bill after the fact.

Each figure is a "from" price: the exact cost depends on which imaging partner and location you use (we choose it with you by where you are and what's available soonest), and it is confirmed with you before anything is booked.
A prostate MRI costs about the same as a core whole-body survey because a detailed, contrast-enhanced scan of one organ, read to a cancer-detection standard, takes more scanner time and specialist reporting than a quick look across the whole body. What you pay follows the detail and the reporting, not the area scanned. A whole-body scan can also pick up harmless things that then need following up, so we talk it through with you first.
