What the £120 covers: 15 minutes of doctor time, the consultation, any prescription dispensed by our pharmacy, any letter, report, or form, and your medical record entry.

Third-party costs (lab tests, imaging, vaccines) are charged separately and confirmed at the consultation before anything is incurred.

Treatment medication is priced separately.

No deposit to book when you see us in person; you pay after. Video and phone consultations are paid at booking. When you see us in person, you don't pay until after the consultation. Cancel any time before, no fee.

Longer slots: 45 minutes £240, 60 minutes £300.

Every subscription is a care fee for doctor reviews, monitoring, dose changes and messaging. It never includes the medication. Medication is always charged separately at one transparent price, the same whichever way you see us.

• Weight Loss: a monthly care fee for doctor reviews, monitoring and dose changes. Price confirmed at your assessment. The medication (Mounjaro, Wegovy, Orlistat and others) is charged separately.

• Menopause: a monthly care fee for doctor reviews and monitoring. Price confirmed at your assessment. HRT is charged separately.

• Testosterone: a monthly care fee for doctor reviews and monitoring. Price confirmed at your assessment. The medication, and the blood tests it needs, are charged separately.

• The Sinclair Method: a monthly care fee for doctor support and monitoring. Price confirmed at your assessment. Naltrexone is charged separately.

• Sleep: an assessment, then follow-up care. Price confirmed at your assessment. Any medication is charged separately.

• ADHD: a specialist assessment, then follow-up care and an optional monthly plan. Price confirmed at your assessment. ADHD medication is charged separately.

• Heart Check (15 min): cardiovascular bloods, QRISK3, resting ECG, written report. Price to be confirmed.

• Complete Health Check (30 min): Advanced plus DEXA included, CT coronary imaging referral, hormone panel option. Price to be confirmed.

A one-off consultation, then your medication on repeat through our pharmacy. Hair loss can also be an ongoing subscription if you prefer; the others do not need one.

• Erectile Dysfunction: £120 consultation. Sildenafil, tadalafil and other options are dispensed directly or delivered by our pharmacy, reordered when you need them. Charged separately.

• Contraception: £120 consultation. Your chosen method is dispensed and delivered by our pharmacy on repeat. Charged separately.

• Hair Loss: £120 consultation, or an ongoing subscription as a care fee with the price confirmed at your assessment. Finasteride or minoxidil is dispensed and delivered by our pharmacy, charged separately either way.

We use the phrase "third-party costs" for tests, imaging, and vaccines that involve a partner provider (a lab, an imaging centre, a vaccine manufacturer). These costs are added to your bill at the consultation; the doctor confirms the number before the test or vaccination is sent. We do not surprise you with charges after the fact.

We use partner labs and imaging centres because (a) they have specialist equipment we don't run on-site, (b) it lets us focus on the clinical work, and (c) it gives you choice where partner pricing varies. We arrange and coordinate; the partner does the test; we bill you.
