What's included

The whole check runs online: you answer the questionnaire, we arrange your PSA at home or at a partner near you, and a doctor reviews it and writes your report. If your PSA or history warrants a scan, the MRI is at our imaging partner, with the doctor authorising and explaining it. You never need to come to us.

Doctor time

A registered GP, with time to take your history, talk through your risk, and explain what PSA can and cannot tell you.

PSA blood test

Arranged at home or at a partner near you, and read in context against your age and any previous readings. PSA is a marker, not a diagnosis on its own, and the trend over time tells you more than a single figure.

What we do not do

No routine digital rectal examination. It is no longer the right screening test. Where the PSA or your history warrants a closer look, a prostate MRI is the modern next step, and it does not need a rectal examination first.

Written report

Your PSA in context: what it means, and the plan, whether that is repeat in a year, an MRI now, or nothing further. The report is yours. Share it with your NHS GP if you want to.

Online or in person, your choice

Online: the questionnaire, your PSA arranged at home or at a partner, and a doctor-written report. No appointment.

At a partner: the prostate MRI, where your PSA or history warrants it, with the doctor authorising the referral and explaining the result.

There is no reason to come to Westfield for a prostate check, and no rectal examination at any stage.
