A 10-minute online consultation form covers your weight history, health, and goals. Upload a recent blood test if you have one, or we'll arrange one.
We review and prescribe
A doctor on the GMC GP Register reviews your assessment within one working day. If treatment is right for you, we prescribe and dispense from our own clinic.
Treatment delivered
Your medication arrives in plain packaging. We check in monthly to review progress, adjust the dose, and answer questions.

Is this right for you?
Weight loss medication is a clinical treatment, not a shortcut. We can usually prescribe if you're an adult with a BMI of 30 or above, or 27 or above with a related health condition like high blood pressure, raised cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, or sleep apnoea.
If you're below those thresholds, or already at a healthy weight and looking for cosmetic loss, treatment isn't appropriate and we won't prescribe it. We'll tell you so honestly during the assessment.
The medications
Four UK-licensed options. The doctor recommends the right one for you at the assessment.
Mounjaro (tirzepatide)
Currently the most effective GLP-1 medication available, working on two hormone pathways rather than one. From [£159] a month.
Wegovy (semaglutide)
Well-established, with a strong evidence base for sustained weight loss. From [£179] a month.
Saxenda (liraglutide)
An older GLP-1 medication, still effective and useful where Mounjaro and Wegovy aren't suitable. From [£199] a month.
Orlistat (Xenical)
A non-GLP-1 option that works in the gut rather than on appetite. From [£49] a month.

The price you see is the price you pay. If your prescribed dose changes, the price adjusts up or down with it. Bloods, where clinically needed, are [£49] or included in your nearest blood test package.

Subscription clients can step into our Westfield London clinic any time, included in the monthly fee. Some people find a face-to-face consultation easier when starting out, or when adjusting dose; others stay online once treatment is settled. Your call.
