• Come once. Pay per visit, no commitment. Have your assessment, get your prescription, and come back for a review or a dose change whenever you want one.

• Stay with us. A monthly fee covers your reviews, dose changes and messaging, so you are not paying visit by visit. The medication is billed separately, at the same price. Pause or cancel any time. No lock-in.

Move your care to us from another clinic, an NHS service, or an online provider, and you are very welcome. Tell us what you are on, including your current dose, and where it is right we continue you where you are. We will not make you start again at the lowest dose just because there has been a gap since your last prescription.

If you are microdosing, or you want to, we can prescribe and supervise it properly rather than leaving you to manage it on your own.

Either way, we confirm your history first, by video or by phone, with evidence to back up what you tell us. There is no obligation to switch onto a subscription.

Weight loss medication is a clinical treatment, not a shortcut. We can usually start treatment if you are an adult with a BMI of 30 or above, or 27 or above with a related condition like high blood pressure, raised cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, or sleep apnoea.

If you have already lost weight on a GLP-1 and want to hold it, we can often keep you on a maintenance dose even once you are below those starting numbers. That is a clinical judgement we make with you, not a box you have to tick.

What we will not do is prescribe for someone at a healthy weight chasing cosmetic loss, or where it is not safe. We will tell you honestly at your assessment.

Most people get some side effects, usually nausea, constipation, tiredness or a smaller appetite, and for most they settle within a few weeks. We start at a low dose and step up slowly for that reason.

A few risks are uncommon but worth knowing about: pancreatitis and gallstones, the latter more likely during rapid weight loss, and rare allergic reactions.

We will not prescribe in pregnancy or breastfeeding, where there is a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer, or during an active eating disorder, and the assessment checks for these. If anything troubles you between reviews, you can message the clinical team.

A blood test is not required to start, but we recommend one. A baseline check of your liver, kidney, thyroid, glucose and lipids lets us prescribe safely and see that treatment is working, with a follow-up a few months in.

You choose how: a finger-prick kit at home, a phlebotomy appointment near you or a home visit, or here at our Westfield clinic.

Blood tests are priced separately, the same as the medication. If you have recent results from your NHS GP or another provider, we can use those.

Your medication is priced separately and costs the same whichever route you choose, delivered. Wegovy injection from £149.99 a month. Mounjaro from £164.99 a month at the 2.5mg starting dose, up to £316.99 at the highest 15mg dose, with every dose priced in full on the Mounjaro page. Tablets are available too if an injection is not for you.

See a doctor, one-off. £120 for your consultation, by video or by phone, then your medication. Come back for a review or a dose change whenever you want, and pay for that visit only. You pay at booking so your slot is held.

Stay with us. £49 to get started, then £29 a month. Your reviews, messaging and dose changes are all included, so you are not paying visit by visit. Your medication is billed separately, at the same price. Pause or cancel any time. No lock-in.
