D4 for HGV, LGV and PCV, TfL taxi and private hire, bus and coach, and motorsport.
Work
Pre-employment, fitness to work, return to work, night worker, safety-critical and working at height.
Travel
Fit to fly, fit to fly in pregnancy or after surgery, and fit to cruise.
Sport
Sports and fitness, boxing and combat sports, marathon, gym and recreational SCUBA diving.
School, care and adoption
School and university, care home admission, and adoption and fostering.
Legal and specialist
Insurance, personal injury, COP3 mental capacity, firearms and shotgun, and private fit notes.
What it costs
The price follows the time your medical needs, not the form. You pay after your consultation in person; video and phone consultations are paid at booking.
15 minutes and certificate: £120
Fit to fly, pre-employment, fitness to work, sports and school medicals, fit notes and most others.
30 minutes and certificate: £180
D4, TfL and taxi, bus and coach, motorsport, SCUBA and firearms medicals.
ECG, spirometry, vision check: included
