No. You keep drinking, and cutting down follows over the following weeks and months.

What does the £99 include?

A doctor reads your assessment and your liver test, and a 15 minute consultation with you is included. Repeats are then checked at no charge.

Do I need a blood test?

A liver check is part of doing this safely. Use one from the last six months, from your GP or anywhere else, or our home kit at £49. If you can get it free through your NHS GP, we encourage that.

Is there a subscription?

No. Nothing is billed monthly and you can stop whenever you like.

Will my employer or insurer know?

Not from us. Your care is private and confidential.

What it costs

Nothing is billed monthly, there is no lock-in and no finance plan. Every price is shown before you pay, and your treatment is priced separately.

A doctor checks every repeat. Your treatment is charged each time you order it.

Liver test: use yours, or £49

Had a liver test in the last six months, NHS or private? We will gladly use it. If not, our home kit is £49 plus £3.95 postage.

12 month programme: £499, optional

A doctor consultation, six months of coaching as often as you want, and a review at a year. Never a condition of starting.

Someone alongside you, if you want it

Coaching is there if you want it, by video or by phone, at a pace that suits you. Practical, on your side, never a lecture. If you would rather go it alone, that is a real choice too.

Is it right for you?

It is not right for everyone. It does not mix with opioid painkillers, and it is not suitable with serious liver problems or in pregnancy. The assessment checks for all of this, and if it is not right we talk you through other options.
