Do I have to see a doctor?

No. A doctor reads your online assessment and the video of your weight and ID. If you would rather talk it through, book a consultation by video or by phone for £120.

How do you check my weight?

A short video, recorded as part of your assessment, shows your weight and your ID. A doctor looks at it before anything is supplied.

Is there a subscription?

No. There is no monthly fee and nothing renews on its own. You reorder only when you need more, and you can stop whenever you like.

I am moving from another provider. Do I start again?

Not if it is right to continue. Tell us what you are on now, and a doctor checks your history and continues you where you are. There is no fee to move.

Do I need a blood test?

It is not required to start, but we recommend one. Use our test from £49, a blood draw near you or at Westfield, or recent results from your NHS GP.

Can I be seen in person?

Yes. Our clinic is at Westfield London, open 7 days.

Is this right for you?

Weight-loss treatment is a clinical treatment, not a shortcut. We can usually help if you are an adult with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a related condition such as high blood pressure, raised cholesterol, type 2 diabetes or sleep apnoea.

We will not treat someone at a healthy weight chasing cosmetic loss, in pregnancy or breastfeeding, or where it is not safe for you. If it is not right, we tell you honestly at your assessment.
