Age well

You on a good day. Every day.

Bloods, vitals, and a proper baseline. Then a plan you and your doctor agree together. The cadence is yours.

How it works

1

Start with the full picture

A thorough assessment - bloods, history, goals. We find out where you are first.

2

Understand your results

Not just normal or abnormal - what your numbers actually mean for you.

3

A plan that fits your life

Screening, treatment, monitoring, or all three - what works for you.

The Age Well programme

The Age Well programme is for people who want to put proper attention on their health while they still have the option to act on what they find. We start with a baseline: bloods, vitals, and a conversation about how you actually feel. From there you and your doctor agree what is worth looking at next, what is worth treating, and what is worth leaving alone for now.

The cadence is yours. Most patients come back twice a year. Some more often.
