PrEP and PEP are highly effective. We provide monitoring, counselling, and ongoing support - so you can take control of your sexual health.
Health. Care. Convenience.
Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) are antiretroviral medications that prevent HIV infection with high effectiveness when used correctly.
HIV is now a manageable chronic condition. Modern treatment allows people with HIV to live long, healthy lives with an undetectable viral load (U=U: undetectable equals untransmittable).
We provide PrEP and PEP within a holistic sexual health framework - testing, counselling, ongoing monitoring, and support for the whole pathway.
From assessment through ongoing monitoring, we support your sexual health every step of the way.
HIV risk assessment, baseline testing, and discussion of PrEP or PEP suitability.
Medication dispensed with regular blood work - HIV, STI, and kidney function.
STI screening every 3-6 months, health monitoring, and sexual health support.
Understanding your options and what the evidence shows.
PrEP is an antiretroviral medication taken by HIV-negative people to prevent infection if exposed to HIV.
Typically contains tenofovir and emtricitabine. There are two approaches: daily dosing (pill every day) and event-based dosing (on-demand dosing around sexual activity).
Effectiveness: Daily PrEP is 99% effective at preventing HIV when taken consistently. Event-based PrEP is 86-96% effective depending on adherence.
Who it's for: Anyone at elevated HIV risk - MSM with multiple partners, people in serodiscordant relationships, sex workers, and others engaging in higher-risk activities.
Monitoring: Baseline HIV and STI testing, then repeat testing every 3-6 months. Also kidney function, blood pressure, and hepatitis screening.
Regular STI screening is essential if sexually active. We offer comprehensive testing every 3-6 months.

Personalised consultations exploring all options.

Regular health check-ins, mental health screening, and comprehensive sexual health assessment.

Baseline and ongoing monitoring blood work: HIV, STIs, kidney function, and general health.
