An independent assessment of your fitness for your current role, completed by a registered GP with a clear written report.
Employment medicals
The doctor assesses your current health against the demands of your job and produces a report that says whether you are fit, fit with adjustments, or not fit for the role, with practical recommendations for any adjustments. The assessment is objective and focuses on what the role requires.
Under the Access to Medical Reports Act you have the right to see the report before it is sent to your employer.
