A Bahamas visa medical generally involves the following, based on Bahamas's current requirements as we understand them today.

• Examination: Original medical certificate dated no earlier than 30 days before submission; the application also asks the applicant directly about good health, serious illness and vaccination history

• Vaccinations: Conditional (form asks about smallpox/polio history; no mandatory vaccine list confirmed)

• The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.

• Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Bahamas embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs.
