A doctor-issued medical report for your Barbados visa, completed by a registered GP. It is a 30-minute appointment at £180. Any tests your destination requires are arranged at your consultation.
Caribbean & Oceania
A Barbados visa medical generally involves the following, based on Barbados's current requirements as we understand them today.
Examination: Completed Medical Form R1, including an external chest X-ray, submitted in report form
Chest X-ray: For TB screening. Referred to our imaging partner; additional charge.
The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.
Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Barbados embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Barbados requires is yours to do.
Part of this process may need to be completed in the destination country; we complete the UK part.
The PDF is a scanned image, so the exact checklist and any requirement that the doctor be Barbados-registered could not be confirmed.

Needed only for long-term (up to 3-year) work permits. Download Form R1 and bring it to the appointment; the chest X-ray is arranged externally. Confirm with the Barbados Immigration Department that a UK-based doctor's completion is accepted.
