A Belize visa medical may involve the following, based on what we have seen. This is not fully confirmed.

• Examination: Permanent residency historically requires a medical incl. HIV test done in Belize after one year's residence. QRP requires proof of good health.

• Bloods: HIV test for permanent residency (historically in Belize). Additional charge, confirmed at consultation.

• Chest X-ray: For TB screening. Referred to our imaging partner; additional charge.

• Other tests: HIV serology; other communicable-disease screening

• The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.

• Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Belize embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Belize requires is yours to do.

• Part of this process may need to be completed in the destination country; we complete the UK part.

• Permanent-residency medical generally in-country, so UK completion may not be accepted.

For QRP a GP good-health letter may be accepted. For permanent residency the HIV/medical is typically completed in Belize; confirm before paying for a UK test.

There is no official form we can reliably link for Belize. We draft the doctor's certificate to the format your Belize embassy or High Commission in London, or your sponsor, specifies. If they give you a blank form, bring it and we complete it.
