A doctor-issued medical report for your Guatemala visa, completed by a registered GP. It is a 15-minute appointment at £120. Any tests your destination requires are arranged at your consultation.
Latin America
A Guatemala visa medical may involve the following, based on what we have seen. This is not fully confirmed.
Examination: Some categories request a certificate of good health; where accepted from abroad it is a free-text doctor's letter, apostilled and Spanish-translated
The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.
Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Guatemala embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Guatemala requires is yours to do.
Part of this process may need to be completed in the destination country; we complete the UK part.
Requirement varies by category; confirm with Instituto Guatemalteco de Migracion or the London consulate.
