A Kazakhstan visa medical generally involves the following, based on Kazakhstan's current requirements as we understand them today.

• Examination: Kazakhstan-format medical certificate Form No. 028/u (MoH Order KR DSM-175/2020) confirming absence of HIV and infectious diseases

• Bloods: HIV test; screening for other infectious diseases (exact panel not published in English). Additional charge, confirmed at consultation.

• Chest X-ray: For TB screening. Referred to our imaging partner; additional charge.

• Other tests: Not itemised

• The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.

• Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Kazakhstan embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Kazakhstan requires is yours to do.

• Part of this process may need to be completed in the destination country; we complete the UK part.

• Requirements differ by category and changed in 2024. Check with the authority handling your application that a UK-issued certificate is accepted.

Kazakhstan's Temporary Residence Permit requires a medical certificate confirming no TB or HIV, dated within 3 months. We can do the underlying bloods (HIV, TB screen) and a doctor's letter. A UK certificate needs a notarised translation into Kazakh or Russian, and Kazakh authorities may prefer one from a Kazakhstan-registered clinic, so confirm with the Kazakhstan Embassy in London or your employer before relying on our letter alone.

There is no official form we can reliably link for Kazakhstan. We draft the doctor's certificate to the format your Kazakhstan embassy or High Commission in London, or your sponsor, specifies. If they give you a blank form, bring it and we complete it.
