A Nigeria visa medical generally involves the following, based on Nigeria's current requirements as we understand them today.

• Examination: General health/fitness assessment confirming health status; no itemised components published; no panel-physician restriction found

• Chest X-ray: For TB screening. Referred to our imaging partner; additional charge.

• Other tests: HIV not mandated by any official source found

• Vaccinations: Yellow fever certificate required to ENTER Nigeria (infants under 8 months and adults 61+ exempt). LoveMyLife does not offer yellow fever vaccination.

• The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.

• Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Nigeria embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Nigeria requires is yours to do.

• Part of this process may need to be completed in the destination country; we complete the UK part.

• Requirement from a work-permit guide, not an official document; CERPAC page lists no medical.

A general good-health certificate can support an STR work-visa application; confirm format with the Nigeria High Commission London or the sponsoring employer. Arrange yellow fever vaccination separately.
