A doctor-issued medical report for your Republic of Congo visa, completed by a registered GP. It is a 15-minute appointment at £120. Any tests your destination requires are arranged at your consultation.
West & Central Africa
A Republic of Congo visa medical may involve the following, based on what we have seen. This is not fully confirmed.
Examination: General good-health medical certificate; 'from the country of residence' suggests a UK certificate may be acceptable
Chest X-ray: For TB screening. Referred to our imaging partner; additional charge.
Vaccinations: Yellow fever and polio certificates both required at border control. LoveMyLife does not offer yellow fever vaccination.
The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.
Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Republic of Congo embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Republic of Congo requires is yours to do.
Part of this process may need to be completed in the destination country; we complete the UK part.
UK certificate plausibly acceptable (inferred from an EOR guide, not official).
| When it's needed | Work visa/permit: required documents include a medical certificate from the country of residence. Tourist: none. |

Based on Republic of Congo's published requirements. Confirm the current form applies to your visa category before booking.
A good-health certificate can accompany the work-visa documents; confirm the required format and language (French) with the Embassy. Arrange yellow fever and polio separately.
There is no official form we can reliably link for Republic of Congo. We draft the doctor's certificate to the format your Republic of Congo embassy or High Commission in London, or your sponsor, specifies. If they give you a blank form, bring it and we complete it.
