What's involved

A Saint Kitts and Nevis visa medical generally involves the following, based on Saint Kitts and Nevis's current requirements as we understand them today.

  • Examination: General physical exam (skin, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive/abdomen, urogenital, nervous system/sense organs, MSK, endocrine incl. thyroid) plus height/weight

  • Bloods: No separate panel beyond the enclosed HIV test; history covers TB, hepatitis, typhoid, other communicable disease, AIDS/immune deficiency, nervous/mental illness. Additional charge, confirmed at consultation.

  • Other tests: Original HIV test result showing full name, under 3 months old; applicants under 12 are exempt from the HIV test

  • The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.

Good to know

  • Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Saint Kitts and Nevis embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Saint Kitts and Nevis requires is yours to do.

  • Official ciu.gov.kn does not host a public PDF of Form C3 (issued via authorised agents); the PDF used is a third-party archive reproducing the official form v2.3. Confirm the current version with the CIU.

The official form

There is no official form we can reliably link for Saint Kitts and Nevis. We draft the doctor's certificate to the format your Saint Kitts and Nevis embassy or High Commission in London, or your sponsor, specifies. If they give you a blank form, bring it and we complete it.
