A Saint Lucia visa medical generally involves the following, based on Saint Lucia's current requirements as we understand them today.

• Examination: General physical exam (skin, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive/abdomen, urogenital, nervous system/sense organs, MSK, endocrine, contagious disease) plus height/weight

• Bloods: No separate blood panel specified beyond the AIDS/HIV self-report question; form does not explicitly instruct enclosing an original lab HIV report (differs from the other four). Additional charge, confirmed at consultation.

• Other tests: Yes/no history of AIDS/HIV, TB, hepatitis, typhoid, other communicable disease, heart condition, stroke; hospitalisation, medication, pregnancy, alcohol/drug dependence

• The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.

• Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Saint Lucia embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Saint Lucia requires is yours to do.

• Unlike the other four, the SL8 form does not explicitly demand an enclosed HIV lab report, only a yes/no clinical question; double-check with CIP Saint Lucia before assuming no lab test is needed.
