  • A doctor every time
  • Today, every day.

What's involved

A Samoa visa medical generally involves the following. This reflects Samoa's current requirements as far as we know today.

  • Examination: Physical examination

  • Bloods: Blood test (form MPMC102). Additional charge, confirmed at consultation.

  • Chest X-ray: For TB screening. Referred to our imaging partner; additional charge.

  • The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.

Good to know

  • Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Samoa embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Samoa requires is yours to do.

  • Only required for stays of a year or more; short-term work visits do not need it.
