Gulf / GCC
A Saudi Arabia visa medical generally involves the following, based on Saudi Arabia's current requirements as we understand them today.
Examination: Full physical exam, vision (both eyes), ENT, systemic exam, blood pressure, respiratory and cardiovascular check, height/weight, fit/unfit determination signed by the examining physician
Bloods: HIV, syphilis (VDRL/TPHA), Hepatitis B (HBsAg), Hepatitis C (anti-HCV), fasting blood sugar, liver function tests, urea, creatinine. Additional charge, confirmed at consultation.
Chest X-ray: For TB screening. Referred to our imaging partner; additional charge.
Other tests: Urinalysis (sugar, albumin), stool culture and bilharzia screen on the full consular form version, pregnancy test for women, mental/psychiatric and neurological history review
The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.
Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Saudi Arabia embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Saudi Arabia requires is yours to do.
The exact tests and any legalisation depend on your current Saudi consular form and your sponsor's checklist. We do not assume apostille or FCDO certification is required unless your application confirms it.
