A Sudan visa medical generally involves the following, based on Sudan's current requirements as we understand them today.

• Examination: HIV test (negative required) reported as the specific requirement; general exam content not confirmed

• Bloods: HIV antibody test. Additional charge, confirmed at consultation.

• Chest X-ray: For TB screening. Referred to our imaging partner; additional charge.

• Vaccinations: Yellow fever if arriving from an endemic country (not for direct UK travel). We do not provide yellow fever vaccination; please arrange it separately.

• The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.

• Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Sudan embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Sudan requires is yours to do.

• Part of this process may need to be completed in the destination country; we complete the UK part.

• Sudan in active civil conflict since April 2023; check embassy status and practicality before offering. no official source reached.

A UK doctor/clinic can perform the HIV test and issue a certificate; confirm with the Sudanese Embassy London whether embassy legalisation is also required.
