A Tuvalu visa medical generally involves the following. This reflects Tuvalu's current requirements as far as we know today.

• Examination: Cardiovascular and respiratory exam plus general physical and blood tests (Form 7)

• Bloods: VDRL (as indicated), Hepatitis B antigen, HIV (Western Blot if positive), urinalysis, stool culture (mandatory for food handlers and teachers). Additional charge, confirmed at consultation.

• Chest X-ray: For TB screening. Referred to our imaging partner; additional charge.

• Other tests: Police reports from every jurisdiction of residence over 1 year in the preceding 5 years

• The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.

• Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Tuvalu embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Tuvalu requires is yours to do.

• Regulations require a 'registered medical practitioner after personally examining the applicant' with no panel restriction (supports UK GP completion). Minor internal form-numbering inconsistency in the regs; Schedule 2 treated as authoritative.

Your GP completes Form 7 (physical exam, cardio/respiratory assessment and bloods incl. VDRL, Hepatitis B and HIV) and arranges a chest X-ray for Form 8, then signs both as the registered medical practitioner who personally examined the applicant. Only for stays over one year.

There is no official form we can reliably link for Tuvalu. We draft the doctor's certificate to the format your Tuvalu embassy or High Commission in London, or your sponsor, specifies. If they give you a blank form, bring it and we complete it.
