What's involved

A Venezuela visa medical may involve the following, based on what we have seen. This is not fully confirmed.

  • Examination: Residence categories have historically requested a medical certificate and in some cases an HIV certificate; free-text letter where accepted, apostilled/translated

  • Bloods: HIV certificate historically for some categories. Additional charge, confirmed at consultation.

  • Chest X-ray: For TB screening. Referred to our imaging partner; additional charge.

  • Other tests: HIV serology where required

  • The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.

Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Venezuela embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs.
