A doctor-issued medical report for your Vietnam visa, completed by a registered GP. It is a 30-minute appointment at £180. Any tests your destination requires are arranged at your consultation.
Southeast Asia
A Vietnam visa medical generally involves the following, based on Vietnam's current requirements as we understand them today.
Examination: Physical plus multi-system clinical exam (cardio, resp, digestive, renal, endocrine, MSK, neuro, mental health, dermatology, gynae, ophthalmology, ENT, dentistry)
Bloods: FBC and blood biochemistry. Additional charge, confirmed at consultation.
Chest X-ray: For TB screening. Referred to our imaging partner; additional charge.
Other tests: Urinalysis
The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.
Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Vietnam embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Vietnam requires is yours to do.
Part of this process may need to be completed in the destination country; we complete the UK part.
Foreign-issued certificate only permitted where the employee can't do the check in Vietnam; confirm this exception applies. No downloadable English form located.

After the UK exam, the certificate must be legalised at the Vietnamese Embassy London and translated into Vietnamese by a certified translator before submission.
There is no official form we can reliably link for Vietnam. We draft the doctor's certificate to the format your Vietnam embassy or High Commission in London, or your sponsor, specifies. If they give you a blank form, bring it and we complete it.
