A doctor-issued medical report for your Zambia visa, completed by a registered GP. It is a 30-minute appointment at £180. Any tests your destination requires are arranged at your consultation.
East & Southern Africa
A Zambia visa medical may involve the following, based on what we have seen. This is not fully confirmed.
Examination: A medical report commonly required for employment and residence permits, completable by a registered practitioner
Bloods: May include HIV and general screening for some categories. Additional charge, confirmed at consultation.
Chest X-ray: For TB screening. Referred to our imaging partner; additional charge.
Other tests: As specified by the Department of Immigration
Vaccinations: Yellow fever only if arriving from a risk country. We do not provide yellow fever vaccination; please arrange it separately.
The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.
Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Zambia embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Zambia requires is yours to do.
Part of this process may need to be completed in the destination country; we complete the UK part.
Requirement exists for some classes; exact form and UK acceptance unverified.

Confirm with the Zambia Department of Immigration whether a medical report is needed for your permit class and whether a UK-completed report is accepted.
There is no official form we can reliably link for Zambia. We draft the doctor's certificate to the format your Zambia embassy or High Commission in London, or your sponsor, specifies. If they give you a blank form, bring it and we complete it.
