It treats the dryness, soreness and discomfort of the genitourinary syndrome of menopause, and is an option when standard vaginal oestrogen has not been enough.

What you need to know
Moderate to severe vaginal and urinary symptoms of the menopause (dryness, soreness, discomfort with sex), particularly where vaginal oestrogen has not given enough relief.
Inserted once a day at bedtime, it acts locally in the vaginal tissues with very little reaching the rest of the body, restoring comfort and resilience over a few weeks.
Women with persistent genitourinary symptoms despite vaginal oestrogen, after a clinical review.
