Testosterone replacement restores circulating testosterone to the normal physiological range. This activates androgen receptors throughout the body, improving energy, mood, sexual function, muscle protein synthesis and bone mineral density. It does not boost testosterone above normal levels.

Men with confirmed testosterone deficiency (two morning blood tests showing low total testosterone with consistent symptoms). Not suitable for men wanting to preserve fertility (TRT suppresses sperm production), men with prostate or breast cancer, severe heart failure, or untreated sleep apnoea.
