Common: scalp irritation, itching, dryness, flaking, increased hair shedding in first 2-6 weeks (temporary). Uncommon: headache, dizziness, unwanted facial hair growth (especially in women). Rare: chest pain, rapid heartbeat (systemic absorption).

Do not use on inflamed, infected, or broken skin. Use with caution in cardiovascular disease.

Topical corticosteroids: may enhance absorption. No significant systemic drug interactions at recommended doses.

Do not use in pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Apply to dry scalp twice daily. It may cause initial shedding in the first few weeks - this is normal and usually a sign it’s working. Continuous use is needed to maintain results.
